How to Tune in to the Subconscious Mind

0

The human mind is composed of two parts: the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is the thinking part of the brain, while the subconscious mind is the feeling part of the brain, as well as the part that stores memories.

The subconscious is also responsible for the bodily functions that occur regularly without requiring any thought, including breathing, digestion and organ function. Tapping in to your subconscious mind can help you effect positive changes in your life.

How to Tune in to the Subconscious Mind

Tune in to the Subconscious Mind

1. Determine what you want to change.

Whatever it is you want to change, you can bring the change about by tuning in to your subconscious mind. Whether you want to have more money, be healthier or lose weight, your subconscious mind can help you achieve these goals.

The first step in doing this is figuring out what it is you want to change. Be specific and start with one or two things.

2. Create positive affirmations.

Create a short, positive sentence pertaining to your goal. You need to keep it as short as possible in order for it to be effective. An example of a short, positive affirmation is “I am at my ideal weight.”

3. Repeat your affirmations daily.

Although you can repeat these affirmations any time, such as while you’re driving or taking a shower, the best times to say them are when you first wake up and when you’re falling asleep at night.

Get into the habit of stating your affirmations several times first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This is when your subconscious is most receptive.

4. Consider subliminal recordings.

Another optimal time to introduce positive changes into your subconscious mind is while you’re sleeping. This can be done using subliminal messaging, which is recorded beneath some type of soothing music or white noise.

If you listen to the recordings, you won’t hear the messages, but your subconscious mind will recognize them and begin to make changes accordingly.

5. Make new positive affirmations as needed.

Once you’ve successfully tapped in to your subconscious mind and effected positive changes, you can create new affirmations to continue to make changes to your life.

The possibilities are endless for those who believe this will work and repeat the affirmations daily.
