Before getting out of bed, close your eyes, breathe deeply and think about what you are trying to accomplish. Don’t allow the to-do list to overwhelm you, take it one step at a time.

4. Reevaluate your motivation.

Think back to why you first started the project, what you wanted to accomplish and how you felt. Examine the reasons you’ve lost your motivation, such as a fear of failing or lack of results.

The reasons for your lost motivation are often based on doubt and insecurity rather than reality. Refocus on your original motivations and the feelings they gave you.
