Beef Salad Recipe

Great for after a workout

  • 1/2 pound Thin steak chopped
  • 2 tbsp Szechuan sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 Onion


  • In a bowl combine soy sauce, sesame seeds, and szechuan sauce in a bowl.
  • Make sure meat is well covered in sauce and seeds.
  • Saute onions in skillet.
  • When clear add meat and season with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder.
  • Fry until liquid is boiled off and meat is cooked well. Serve over rice or greens, even both.
